The apartment has a modern bathroom, a shower with a hot tub. It is possible to add a single, full-size bed or crib. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, stovetop and microwave. There is always tea, instant coffee and natural freshly ground that can be brewed in an Italian French press machine. Guest access The Loft Premium is an independent apartment on the 3rd floor, with an area of 25 sq m, accessible from the public staircase of the tenement house. It does not have an elevator.
