Romantic room Zephirine

This romantic room named Zephirine of 12 m2 is located on the 1st floor of my home. The bathroom, which is located in the hallway, is small but equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower. If there are no other guests, the entire floor is completely private. Otherwise, you'll have to share the bathroom. The space Le Presbytère is a spacious home that is completely tucked away on the outskirts of a small rural village in the Vienne department. The front garden is fully walled with a covered terrace. The free backyard, which is also enclosed with a fence, offers a spacious view of some fruit trees. There are several places where you can relax and possibly chill in the hammock. Guest access My guests have access to my living room and kitchen. The private bedroom and shared bathroom are upstairs. As a guest, you can warm up something in the kitchen or make a cup of coffee/tea. During your stay I love people and am curious about their stories. You can contact me by phone or email. Other things to note There is NO key available for guests. Le Presbytère is closed between 24:00 am and 07:00 am. Arrival and/or departure is therefore not possible during this time In the rural village of Saint Romain, you will only find a church. Shops and restaurants are from 10 km. The room price includes breakfast. Evening meal is possible if you indicate this at least 24 hours before. Price for this is per person 20 euros including a glass of wine. The southern part of the Vienne department is an ideal place for hiking, biking, discovering beautiful castles, art, craft houses, medieval bridges. Le Presbytère is an ideal center for geocaching, visiting the Monkey Valley, the Circuit Val de Vienne! There is a safe lockable parking space, and even your bike can be stored in the shed.
