The bedrooms surround the tiled entryway, creating a warm, welcoming flow. 🛏️ Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed + twin/twin bunk bed 🛌. Lakeside view 🌊, nightstand & lamp, all new linens, pillows, and lake décor. Shares a full bathroom just outside. Bedroom 2: Queen and Twin/full-size bunk 🛏️, lakeside, New beds, linens and furniture. Master Bedroom: King bed + twin/twin bunk 🛏️, private bathroom 🛁, desk, nightstands, ceiling fan. Wake up to sparkling lake views 🌅. Deck access (currently being rebuilt). Bedroom 4: King Bed + twin/twin bunk 🛌, private bathroom, cozy and perfect for guests. New bedding and linens throughout. 🍽️ Main Living Areas: Head downstairs to an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space with breathtaking lake views 🌊. The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals 🍳, and the living area includes a sectional sofa, loveseat, Smart TV 📺, 🏡🍽️ Gather together! Dining tables for 8 inside and outside. There’s also a full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer for convenience. 🌅 Outdoor Living & Lake Fun: Open the shutter blinds and enjoy the stunning lake view! The deck features: Table seating for 8 2 chaise lounge chairs 🛋️ Large outdoor kitchen & grill 🍔 Additional table on the lower level The dock is easy to access and perfect for relaxing, fishing 🎣, floating, or tying up your boat 🛥️. Spacious, comfortable, and packed with amenities for the whole family — you’ll fall in love with your stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire home and private boat dock. Other things to note We do allow pets. There is a 2 pet max. There is a $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. We must know about the pets ahead of time. -You must pick up after your pet. -Your pet must stay in the yard and not trespass. We do have exterior cameras, and so do the neighbors. - Your pet must use the grass to go to the bathroom and not go on the deck, dock, or patio. - Your dog must not disturb the neighbors. if your dog excessively barks or is aggressive, we will give you a warning, and if it continues, you will be asked to leave without a refund YOU WILL BE FINED $200 IF ANY OF THESE THINGS OCCUR.
