In the winter time, warm yourself with the wood stove and cozy vibe of the living/dining room. Whatever you do, this unique guest cottage will give you a quite, tranquil, and beautiful place to stay. The space The cottage is a three level home. You enter on the main level, which contains the main full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. The couch in the main living room is an American Leathers sofa bed, which is extremely comfortable. The primary master bedroom is on the upper floor, up a flight of stairs. It is a spacious room with an amazing view, and a sitting area overlooking the Adirondacks and farms of Addison County. It is important to note that there is no bathroom on this level, and one must descend the stairs to access the main bathroom, so those with mobility issues should take note. The basement room is a walk out room with a porch. There are two single beds on this level, along with a full bathroom, washer/dryer. Again, one must descend a set of stairs from the main floor to access this room. Other things to note There is a slight grade to the land that you must walk to access the house. It is short, maybe only 30 feet but across lawn and at a slight grade...Those who have mobility issues please take note. Further, the staircase is winding, with a good railing, but if you have mobility issues or trouble with stairs, this is probably not the place for you. Please see pics.
