Continued presence on the property constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of occupancy. 1. Nature of Occupancy – No Lease / No Tenancy This property is offered solely as short-term lodging. This reservation constitutes a temporary, revocable license to occupy, not a lease, tenancy, or rental agreement. No landlord-tenant relationship is created. The guest acquires no possessory or residency rights. 2. Eligibility & Local Reservation Policy Reservations are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Dubbs Vision Property Management. Local reservations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The primary booking guest must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay. Failure to meet these eligibility requirements may result in cancellation or termination of occupancy. 3. Identification Requirement All adults (18 years of age or older) must provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to arrival. 4. Authorized Guests Only Only guests listed and approved as part of the reservation are permitted on the property. 5. Revocation of Permission to Occupy Dubbs Vision Property Management reserves the right to immediately revoke permission to occupy the property for violations of house rules, occupancy limits, safety policies, or applicable laws. 6. Trespass After Revocation If any person remains on or re-enters the property without written permission after permission to occupy has been revoked, that person may be treated as trespassing under Ohio law. 7. No Long-Term or Residential Use This property is leased by the night only. Multiple consecutive nights do not create a lease or tenancy. 8. Acknowledgment By entering the property, the guest acknowledges that their stay is temporary and revocable.
