The villa is located 20 minutes' walk from Lerum train station and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house. Parking for 4 cars is available on the large driveway 5-minute drive to grocery store (ICA) The space On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one smaller and two larger. In one of the larger rooms there is a 90 cm bed and space for an extra bed and in the other there is a double bed. Laundry room, toilet with shower and living room with exit to the lower patio. On the ground floor there are also opportunities for laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board Upstairs, there is a semi-open floor plan between the second living room and the kitchen. In the living room, you have a view of the treetops and the pond, as well as the fireplace, which gives the evenings an extra cozy factor. The kitchen has a large dining area for 8 people as well as a kitchen island where you can easily cook for many people together. Outside the kitchen, there is an incredibly nice terrace to use. Dining area for 10 people and a pergola that is perfect for cozy moments. On the second floor there is also a larger bedroom with a double bed and space for two extra beds. As well as a toilet with shower, bathtub and double sinks. In this house, 10 people can easily stay as there are large areas inside and outside to move around. Other things to note Right outside the house's plot, there are walking trails to, among other things, the idyllic lake Häcksjön 1.6 km into the cozy forest. There you can swim and fish.
