House in the woods

Wonderful apartment in a chalet in the woods of Dolonne just below the Mont Chetif. Isolated and quiet, but easy to reach and just next to the lifts. The ideal solution if you want to enjoy nature and relax, away from the noise of the road and the city, but at the same time have the incredible opportunity of walking to the lifts or start a hike from home. The space Kitchen available, two bed-rooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers. In the living room there's a king sofa-bed. Pellet stove heating and electrical radiators. Free private parking just below the house but in winter the road might be inaccessible without chains or 4x4. Guest access The house is fully available for our guests Other things to note Before making a booking, kindly consider the following: -We need to collect the tourist taxes for the city. The tax is 2€ per person per night, minors of 15 are exempt. Please leave the total in cash before the departure. -Heating in the house is primarily electrical, supplemented by a pellet stove. Please use the heating system responsibly by primarily relying on the stove and avoiding leaving the radiators on when you're away. -Access to the house may be difficult for vehicles without snow chains or 4-wheel drive during winter. However, you can unload your vehicle at the base of the road, carry your luggage to the house (approximately 100 meters uphill) and then park in the public parking areas near the sports center. -The house is situated near the ski lifts amidst woodland, with some rooms built into the mountainside. It's common to dry wet ski clothing indoors, but this can contribute to humidity. We recommend keeping the ventilation system running, opening windows for a few hours daily. Despite these precautions, occasional humidity spots, especially in remote corners like the bathroom, may occur during winter. If you encounter this issue, please notify us. We always used this house for personal use and for hosting and we never encountered problems or complications, but, if you consider what you just red might be an issue, we advise against booking.
