We ask you to leave the amount due in cash before departure. -The heating in the house is mainly electric, supplemented by a pellet stove. Please use the heating system responsibly, relying mainly on the stove and avoiding leaving the radiators on when you are not present. - Access to the house may be difficult for vehicles without snow chains or four-wheel drive during the winter. However, you can unload your vehicle at the base of the road, carry your luggage about 100 meters uphill and then park in the public parking areas near the sports center. -The house is located near the ski lifts in the middle of the woods, with some rooms built on the slope of the mountain. It is common to dry wet ski clothes in the house, but this can contribute to humidity. We recommend that you keep the ventilation system running and open the windows for a few hours a day. Despite these precautions, moisture stains may occasionally occur, especially in remote corners such as the bathroom. If this problem arises, please let us know. We and our guests use this house regularly and there have never been any problems or complications, but if you are concerned that what you have just read may cause you problems, we do not recommend booking.
