Charming Gîte The space On the ground floor: kitchen/dining room 14m². On the first floor: TV lounge of 13 m², one bedroom (1 double bed) with desk, shower room and separate toilet. On the second floor: an attic bedroom (2 single beds) with library and children's desk. Additional charges: electricity including heating (depending on the season). Beds made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Out of sight, not overlooked and in peace, you can enjoy a large and pleasant terrace of 45 m² paved in stone and bordered by an enclosed garden. Between Champagne and Burgundy, in the hamlet of Les Bordes, this cottage adjoining the owners house is set up in the old fodder of a barn dated 1813. 15 minutes from the A 5 motorway and less than 2 hours from Paris, we are here in the heart of the Rumilly state forest, 30 minutes from Troyes city center (factory shops), 30 minutes from Tonnerre, 8 minutes from Chaource (all amenities) and at the gates of the Champagne vineyard. La Closeraie has an original architectural design on 3 levels. This half-timbered structure, framing, beams and exposed stones combines authenticity and modernity.
