Charming Gîte The space Between Champagne and Burgundy, in the hamlet of Les Bordes, this gîte adjoining the owners' house is housed in the old forage dryer of a barn dating from 1813. 15 minutes from the A5 highway and less than 2 hours from Paris, we are here in the heart of the Rumilly state forest, 30 minutes from downtown Troyes (factory stores), 30 minutes from Tonnerre, 8 minutes from Chaource (all amenities) and at the gates of the Champagne vineyard. La Closeraie is an original architectural design on 3 levels. This timber-framed construction, with exposed beams and stones, combines authenticity and modernity. This peaceful haven will bring you relaxation and escape. On the ground floor: kitchen/dining room 14 m². On the first floor: 13 m² TV lounge, one bedroom (1 double bed) with desk, shower room and separate toilet. On the second floor: an attic bedroom (2 single beds) with library and children's desk. Additional charges: electricity including heating (depending on the season). Beds made on arrival, towels and linen provided. Out of sight, not overlooked and in complete tranquility, you can enjoy a large and pleasant terrace of 45 m² paved with stones and bordered by an enclosed garden. Tourist attractions: La Closeraie is the ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking in the forest (deer rut in September). 4 km away, quad and paintball. 5 km to 18-hole golf course. 8 km to discover the vineyard (Champagne route in July). 25 km from the National Park and the Forêt d'Orient lakes. 42 km to Nigloland amusement park.
