We occupy the ground-floor living area, which is above the basement guest suite. Guest access With the exception of a locked storage area, the entire level is yours to use. It includes: 1 large living room (couch, love seat, TV, lazy boy, rocker, table & chairs, piano; a foldaway single bed is available to be used in this room) 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 large room with a queen-size bed as well as an eating area with a small refrigerator, microwave, keurig, plates, glasses, and silverware 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) Other things to note This is a basement guest suite with a private bilco door basement entry. We (my wife and I) occupy the ground floor living area that is above the basement apartment. It's a bit of a walk from your vehicle to your privat entrance. We do have 12 steps for you to navigate with your luggage. There is a sturdy handrail; please use it! :-) Also, if you anticipate having trouble with your luggage and make arrangements with us in advance, we can help you with that.
