Our shared kitchen, located at the back of the property on the left, is equipped and available for those who wish to prepare their own meals. In addition, you can cool off and enjoy the sun in our beautiful garden with a pool. We also have secure parking inside the property for our guests' peace of mind. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES AND EXTERNAL EVENTS We want your stay at Casas México to be comfortable, nice, and enjoyable. We strive to keep our facilities and amenities in optimal condition; however, it is important to note that some services and amenities depend on external providers, public infrastructure, weather conditions, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Please consider the following before booking: 1. Electricity The electricity supply depends on the public grid and external utility companies. Occasionally, there may be power outages, interruptions, voltage variations or widespread failures in the area, neighborhood, community or municipality due to maintenance, overload, storms, accidents, repair work or unforeseen situations beyond the control of the property. 2. Internet / Wi-Fi We offer complimentary internet service for the convenience of our guests; however, its operation is entirely dependent on third-party providers and the availability of electricity. Power outages, provider failures, maintenance, network congestion or external situations may temporarily affect connectivity. 3. Water The water supply depends on municipal infrastructure and internal systems that may require electricity (pumps, pressurization, hydropneumatic, cistern, etc.). If there is a power outage or an external failure of the municipal service, the water supply could be temporarily affected. 4. Hot Water The availability of hot water may be affected by power outages, low water pressure, technical maintenance, reasonable operational failures, or external situations not attributable to the accommodation. 5. Telephone signal / mobile data The strength or availability of cellular signal may vary depending on the guest's phone company, geographic location, network saturation, weather conditions, or external factors. 6. Weather and natural phenomena Heavy rains, thunderstorms, strong winds, lightning, weather phenomena or other natural events may temporarily affect electricity, internet, water, TV, access or the operation of some amenities. 7. TV / Entertainment Television, streaming, or entertainment services may be temporarily affected by internet, power, or third-party provider outages. 8. External maintenance / utilities Supplier companies, municipal authorities or public services may perform work, repairs, maintenance or scheduled or emergency interruptions without prior notice to the accommodation. 9. External noise / community environment Our property is located within an active community. Occasionally, there may be external noise, traffic, work in the neighborhood, urban maintenance, community events, or situations beyond our direct control. 10. External events / extenuating circumstances Certain external events or force majeure may temporarily affect some services or amenities, including but not limited to general power outages, utility outages, storms, acts of authority, provider failures, community emergencies or extraordinary situations beyond our reasonable control, without this necessarily resulting from a failure inherent to the accommodation. 11. Remote work / professional activities Although we offer internet and amenities for a comfortable stay, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or permanent ideal conditions for critical work activities, video calls, live streams, virtual meetings or remote work that depends on a continuous connection. 12. Best customer service effort In the event of any eventuality, we will always make our best reasonable effort to support our guests and seek solutions within our means. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute and uninterrupted continuity of services or amenities dependent on third parties or public infrastructure. 13. Pool/swimming pool The pool is a complementary outdoor amenity and its use is subject to operating conditions, maintenance, weather, water quality, equipment operation (pumps, filtration, heating if applicable), electricity supply, water supply, and safety or sanitary provisions. As this is an outdoor space, natural factors such as wind, rain, leaves, dust, dirt, insects, or other environmental elements may temporarily affect its appearance or cleanliness between normal maintenance cycles, without this necessarily implying a fault or lack of maintenance of the accommodation. Likewise, it may sometimes be necessary to limit, suspend or temporarily close its use for reasons of preventive or corrective maintenance, cleaning, weather conditions, safety, sanitary provisions or external situations beyond our control. 14. The guest is responsible for the pool Guests and their companions use the pool under their sole responsibility. Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Use must be in accordance with the applicable safety and community rules. 15. Pool temperature and conditions Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, season, equipment operation, maintenance, or external factors. A specific temperature is not guaranteed permanently. 16. Amenity times and restrictions Access to amenities, including the pool and common areas, may be subject to established schedules, maintenance, building rules, quiet hours, or temporary restrictions for the safety and comfort of all guests.
