Simple but elegant room in minidepa. I WASH everything up to the bed cover for each guest, Urb. San Isidro 1st Bronce stage,Trujillo. 5 minutes from the main square by taxi, on foot to UPN, Moll Plaza, markets, parks, restaurant. The 5TH FLOOR ROOM with attached private bathroom, the kitchen is shared with the host and 2 guest (sometimes not always) . It has wifi, note: the shower does not have a terma but can HEAT IN the kitchen or electric pitcher. Cleaning upon guest'S REQUEST ONLY The space The entrance first is by stairs until you reach the courtyard on the 5th floor and back is the small apartment which is not luxury but if you have an elegant style where you will find your cozy room with polished floor and all in noble material, everyone is free to enter and leave whenever you want, you will enjoy a large courtyard, sunbathe, listen to music, etc. The MATTRESS IS very comfortable Guest access Private bathroom attached with the room on the 5th floor. Patio and shared kitchen Other things to note Hi... Your daily stay starts : check-in 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM.If you need to continue for more than 1 additional hour to your stay or check in hours before check-in during the morning, you must notify the host to make the additional half stay payout through the Airbnb Platform (there is no internal arrangement outside of the platform). By not doing so, another guest could occupy it immediately. Room should be left in good shape so as not to make additional deep cleaning payouts. Cancellation policy 24 hours in advance. Requirements: Family visits of guests are not allowed to go up and enter the rooms, otherwise they will be counted as an additional guest immediately, no smoking, no pets, parties, bulla, etc. If they do, they will be charged a penalty. The room is maximum for 2 people in double bed if there was a child over 2 years old will be paid as 3rd guest although if I get to sleep in the same bed.
