Funky Little Shack at Grand Rivers

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Walking distance to Patti’s, Badgett Playhouse, Iron Bell Coffee, Between the Lakes Taphouse! Firepit & seating area out back for relaxing! The space Perfect spot for travelers/snowbirds as it’s only 3 miles from I24! This is a studio apartment on the floor level of the cabin. Just adjacent to the apartment is Cabin Pizza (shared parking lot, but you will have two dedicated parking spaces). There is one queen size bed and sofa with chaise lounge that can be used as a sleeping space if needed (it is small, so only small adults or children would be comfortable there). Kitchenette includes a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, toaster, air fryer, utensils and drinkware. There is also a charcoal grill out back, and we have grill utensils. You will need to bring your own charcoal. Village Market just down the street carries charcoal, starter, and other supplies you may need! Because this is a shared parking lot with a restaurant on site, please be aware that we cannot control noise levels. We do provide a sound machine and there are ear plugs in the night stand next to the bed. Guest access Entire apartment and covered porch are exclusively available to the guest. There is a small table with two chairs on porch. Out back you will find a sitting area with a charcoal grill and a small fire pit. Other things to note Welcome to our little village between the lakes! Please note that you will have two dedicated parking spaces. If you are a truck pulling a boat/trailer, you will have to use one spot for the boat/trailer and the other spot for your truck. you will not be able to keep the truck and trailer hooked up while parking due to space. There is a tattoo shop upstairs (separate access). There is potential for some noise due to this. The owner is aware that there is an Airbnb below them and will try to keep noise to a minimum. We are providing ear plugs as well as a sound machine should the noise become bothersome to you during your stay. The electric/breaker box for BOTH the apartment and the tattoo shop are located in the rental in a locked closet. Should a breaker need to be turned back on, the owner of the building may need to access your apartment. We will always notify you prior to entering the space. The plumbing in the building is rather sensitive. To avoid any major issues during your stay, please do not flush anything down the toilet (this includes items marked "flushable"). PLEASE make sure to pull the grill away from the cabin if you use it to prevent damage to the siding.
