A space of 85 square meters which is spacious, pleasant, suitable for a family and is located in the historic part of the city with many shops, restaurants and all the archaeological sites within walking distance! The space The apartment is located on the fourth floor and you can reach the floor by elevator. It consists of a living room with a three-seater sofa that converts into a double bed – kitchen – 2 bathrooms – 2 bedrooms with double beds - spacious balcony with outdoor dining area. Ideal for a family but also for two or three couples who want to explore Athens! From March 1, 2025, there will be some changes in the living room. The red recliner will be removed and the sofa will be moved to the other side of the wall and a dining table will be placed in the sofa's place. Guest access There are no shared spaces in the apartment. You are given the option to self check in and we will send you the key box codes one day before your arrival. Other things to note Please read the terms and conditions of the accommodation as well as the platform. We do not change bed linen and towels in our accommodation except for long-term bookings of more than 10 days. In case you need extra bed linen and towels before 10 days, there is a charge and you should inform us at least one day in advance. In case you need extra cleaning during your stay at the accommodation, there is a charge and you must inform us one day in advance. The following are prohibited. 1. Parties. 2.
