Home in Tampa

Peaceful and centrally-located in one of the best locations in Tampa Bay. Only a 4 min walk to Armature Works/Tampa Riverwalk (nominated as a top Riverwalk in USA)-your stay will be accommodated with a private bedroom (queen bed) and a private detached bathroom. My husband, our friendly pets (3 cats and small dog) and I are looking forward to hosting! Water Street/Benchmark Arena/Port Tampa/Aquarium: 2miles Ybor: 2.6miles Airport: 7miles St Pete: 23miles Clearwater Beach: 25miles The space The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet with hangers, TV with an Apple TV (you must log into your own Apple account and streaming subscriptions), mini fridge, coffee and coffee maker. Guest access You are welcome to common areas. Please do not enter the other two bedrooms. Other things to note Please keep noise down in common areas as one of us is a night-shift worker, normal kitchen noises (avoiding louder noises such as blenders and coffee grinders) and TV in the living room at a normal volume are fine (there is a separate TV in the bedroom). Our pets (4 cats and a small dog) are very friendly and they enjoy hanging out in the common areas. Please keep the doors to the bedroom and bathroom closed at all times - we try to keep our pets out of these rooms.
