The space The bright basement suite in our two storey home is set up for your enjoyment and relaxation. It’s well equipped for a few days or a week. You have your own private entrance and can enjoy the outdoor space on the lower deck or yard. For your privacy, the suite is separated from our upstairs living area by a slatted wooden wall installed at the base of the stairs. The bedroom has a brand new mattress set for your comfort. There is a private 3 piece bathroom with toiletries provided. Excellent views. Easy access to downtown and Burman University. This is a NONSMOKING PROPERTY -- smoking cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes or marijuana is PROHIBITED in all indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Guest access You will have full access to the one bedroom walk out basement suite. Guests must be able to manage outside stairs down to the suite entrance. Other things to note Deanna’s hair salon is adjacent to the suite and operates Tuesdays and Wednesdays and occasionally a Thursday from 10am until 3pm. This should not affect your privacy as the salon has a separate private outside entrance. No unapproved guests allowed.
