Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. Our spacious, barrier-free apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is handicapped accessible, the other has an infrared heat cabin for 2 people. The village of Hofweiler is very quietly located between Trier (20 minutes by car) and Bitburg (15 minutes) - ideal for exploring both the Eifel-Moselle region and Luxembourg. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of our listed house from 1784. The furnishings consist partly of very old and valuable furniture and built-in wardrobes, most of which have been restored. Overall, the apartment creates the perfect combination of old architectural style of the 18th century. century as well as modern comfort elements. One bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom has a French bed. In addition, the living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. In the living room as well as in bedroom 2 there is a large TV with Fire TV Stick. Guest access A seating set behind the house, as well as a pallet lounge in the garden with barbecue facilities invite you to linger in the open air in fine weather. Other things to note The directly adjacent, approx. 10,000 hectares Meulenwald with its dense forest trail network is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. (I speak from experience and can gladly pass on tips).
