The cabin features a hot tub, playground, volleyball court, fire pit, ping pong table, over 1100 sf of covered porch space & more. It's also convenient to Cleveland, Helen & many wineries & wedding venues. The space This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. The main floor features an expansive living and dining area, as well as a master suite with a queen bed. The attached bathroom is wheelchair-accessible. The loft upstairs features another suite with a king bed and its own bathroom. The main level deck features a bar and grill, and the lower-level patio features ping pong and a hot tub. At the outdoor space near the creek there is a volleyball court and horseshoe pit, as well as a playground, fire pit, badminton, wiffle ball, soccer, and bocce. The property sits on a seven-acre tract with another smaller cabin on the other side of the property, which can be booked for up to six additional guests. The playground and volleyball court are shared access with the other cabin. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and additional $100 cleaning fee. - There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • We provide 5 starter trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
