~Beautiful apartment located a 4-minute walk from an entrance to the Basilica of Guadalupe. ~At the exit of the building, there is the Hospital Pediátrico Infantil Metrobus station which facilitates the transfer to places of interest such as the Angel of Independence, Polanco, Monument to the Revolution, Condesa, Roma Norte, among others ~ Mega Soriana Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood market is a 5-minute walk away The space ~All furniture, cookware, linens, and towels are brand new. ~It is suitable for 5 people, with the possibility of an extra person with a double inflatable mattress. ~It has 2 bedrooms, in the main one there is a double bed and in the second one there is a bunk bed with a single bed and a double bed. ~ It has security cameras that are NOT inside the apartment, only in the hallways and outside the building for security reasons. Guest access Access to the building is through the main hallway, with direct access to the elevators. The apartment is exclusive. Other things to note The cleaning fee is necessary to cover part of the cost of cleaning the basic aspects of the facilities. We ask our guests to keep the apartment clean and tidy. If necessary, we can offer an extra fee for a thorough cleaning of the apartment at the guest's expense.
