At an island close to a beach

Warm welcome to my home! When you book, you will have access to the first floor of my house. An apartment of 110 sqm with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, toilet with shower, laundry room and private entrance. As well as a south-facing patio (80 sqm). Dogs and cats may be brought after communicating with me. I live upstairs and work as a nurse's assistant at a retirement home. Cleaning is not included, but you can borrow bed linen and towels if it is difficult to bring them on the trip. Warm welcome to me 🤗🙏 The space If you feel that you are looking for harmony, peace and quiet, and enjoy a beautiful sea and archipelago environment, then this is a home for you. The house is located 200 meters from the northern nature reserve on the island. There is a 2.5 km long beautiful gravel path. Along the trail there are several good sport fishing spots, swimming areas, flowers, birch forest and meadows. The house was built in 1996 and you as a guest live on the first floor and I, the host, live upstairs. In the garden, there is a designated place for you who rent the accommodation with parasol, table and chairs. There are 6 hens (no rooster) in the garden. Therefore, there are usually fresh eggs for guests. When you rent from me, you will be affected by my and my neighbors' everyday life with everything that it means to run a house, garden and maintenance. Therefore, you may be affected by noise from lawnmowers and other things. There are neighbors nearby, so it is important that you as a guest can behave with respect for others in the area. For example, not to shout at each other in the garden. There are many beautiful beaches on the island, as well as various well-equipped swimming jetties. There are many different activities to do on the island besides sunbathing and swimming. For example: several different restaurants to visit, sauna, hot tub, rent kayak, paddle track, tennis court, football pitch, volleyball court, mini golf, boule court and various events in restaurants and in one of the churches. In the house there are puzzles, games, newspapers and books to have fun with. If you are a bird-watcher, sport fisherman, enjoy nature, then my home is a place for you. If you are looking for a place of tranquility so your creativity can flow, this can also be a place for you. If you want to train for the Ö race, I can show you a very good training round I myself trained for the Ö race when I participated in 2013. If you want to rent for a small party of a maximum of 12 people, for example, for a 50th birthday party, it is possible to arrange. If you're looking for a place for a small conference with food, you can also arrange that.
