You live in an apartment on the first floor of my house of 115 square meters with two bedrooms, 180 cm double beds, and one bedroom with sofa bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, private entrance, see pictures. I live upstairs and sometimes my daughters come with their children, dog and cat to visit. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented. During the spring of 2026 I will prepare a south-facing patio of 80 square meters. The house is located 300 meters from the northern nature reserve on the island. There is a 2.5 km long beautiful gravel path. Along the path there are several good sport fishing spots, swimming spots, flowers, birch forests and meadows. The house was built in 1996 and you as a guest live on the first floor and I, the host, live upstairs. In the garden there is a designated place for those of you who rent the accommodation with a parasol, table and chairs. There are 6 chickens (no rooster) in the garden. Therefore, there are usually fresh eggs for the guests. When you rent from me, you will be touched by my and my neighbors' everyday life with everything that it means to run a house, garden and maintenance. Therefore, you may be touched by sounds from lawnmowers and other things. There are neighbors nearby, so it is important that you as a guest can behave with respect for others in the area. For example, not shouting at each other in the garden. There are many beautiful beaches on the island, as well as various well-maintained bathing jetties. There are many different activities to do on the island besides sunbathing and swimming. For example: several different restaurants to visit, sauna, hot tub, kayak rental, paddle court, tennis court, soccer field, volleyball court, mini golf, boules court and various events in restaurants and in one of the churches. In the house there are puzzles, games, newspapers and books to entertain yourself with. The first bedroom is 14 square meters and has a 180 cm double bed, four large wardrobes, two chairs and a small side table. The second bedroom is 10 square meters and has a 180 cm double bed, desk with chair, small hanger for clothes and an oak cabinet for storing clothes. The third bedroom has a sofa bed, Ikea Hemnes 160 cm, desk and chair, wardrobe and clothes storage and a chair. See the pictures in the ad for a better idea of ​​the rooms. The living room is 32 square meters and has a sofa, armchairs and dining table. The kitchen is 22 square meters and has both a traditional electric stove and a wood-burning stove as well as a large dining table and a kitchen sofa. There are several different ways to make coffee, either with a coffee maker, coffee press or percolator. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, two fridge/freezers and a microwave. In the laundry room, which is also the private entrance, there is a washing machine and dryer. In the spring of 2026, I will create a private part of the garden for guests on the south side of the house. It will be about 80 square meters with an umbrella, table and chairs. Other things to note On the island there is a rich birdlife, many beautiful flowers and small oases to find to find presence and enjoy nature.
