You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place! No matter the reason you are in town, you will feel right at home staying in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex! (This is half of the duplex- all one level- RIGHT SIDE). You get to enjoy the private fenced back yard, fenced front yard, and 1 car garage. It is located close to wine country, lots of parks (including dog parks), VERY close to local restaurants, shopping, family game center (Langers), and highway 99W. The space Come enjoy your home away from home! Bring your partner, kids, and fur babies! If you have a larger group and have friends or family coming into town also, see about renting out the other side of the duplex along with this side! There is a small desk in one bedroom. We have a portable AC unit in the living room for warm summer nights. You can be at the coast in less than an hour and a half, Mt hood in 90 min, Portland in 30 min, the gorge in an hour, wine country in 30 min, in addition to local parks, water parks, dog parks, and tons of walking or biking trails. Driveway fits two cars however the driveway is a little steep. Guest access The front yard is fenced and shared with the other side of the duplex. It's meant to be a great area for kids to play and has a tether ball set up. The back yard is fenced and not shared has a covered area. Please only have pets in the BACK yard!! Other things to note We work hard to make you feel welcomed in our property! Stay here and enjoy a welcome package from us. Garbage day is on Friday, please have the garbage and recycle cans at the street for pick up. HOUSE RULES and INFO about place: Must be 21 to book **Check in is at 4 PM **Check out is at 11 AM Please let us know what time you will be coming in and leaving to help us with cleaning for the next guest. We all know what it's like..... - If you make a mess, please clean it up (we have wipes and cleaner under the kitchen sink and a broom and swiffer in the coat closet). - The toilet is for going to the bathroom in, not to be used as a garbage can (wipes do NOT belong in there..... we have garbage cans for those in the kitchen and bathroom under the sinks). - Be respectful to other neighbors after 10 pm..... Remember this is a duplex. (you will notice the neighborhood is pretty quiet too) - We allow pets (for a small fee) however please bring YOUR OWN food dishes, toys, blankets, and towels for them. - Pets are NOT allowed on furniture (couches or bedding). - If you have a pet, please pick up after it.... NO ONE wants to step in that! And animals are NOT to be left alone in the house or on the furniture. (For those with allergies, there have been cats at the property). - If you bring pets, please sweep before checking out. - The backyard is for everyone including pets, the front yard is only for humans to play. - We love hosting families, however we do NOT have child locks on anything or corner protectors (we have cleaners under sinks). - There is a first aid kit and other "forgot to bring" items in the bathroom. - We have a fire extinguisher in the garage where the washer and dryer is. - This is a NON SMOKING house. If you MUST smoke something, please go outside on the other side of the garage (not in the backyard as this is a duplex and the other side could smell it). And please wait a few minutes after to "air out" :) - It does NOT have a dishwasher so be prepared to wash your dishes after using them (yes, we provide what you need for that) - NO Parties allowed! - If the cleaning takes longer due to pet fur (I recommend you sweep and clean off furniture prior to leaving) or other messes (food/drink messes left behind, bathroom messes, kid messes, more laundry to clean, etc.....) you will be charged at least an additional cleaning fee.
