Relaxing vacation on the turquoise lake! Near Vienna and the spa town of Baden is a relaxing place that invites you to linger. A semi-detached house with direct lake access on a private property becomes a vacation paradise. Whether with your family, friends or as a couple, here you will find everything you need to relax. The space In the house, there are two residential units. On the ground floor is the apartment to be rented. Upstairs I live with my girlfriend, our twins and our two dogs. The garden and the jetty are a common area and are also used by us or our family. For safety reasons, our dogs are not allowed in the garden when guests are present. However, the terrace is available for the exclusive use of guests. Guest access Common areas are the front yard, backyard, and jetty. The sole area for guests is the lockable apartment with terrace. The upper floor and the basement are not to be entered by guests. Other things to note Please note that in windy conditions, making a fire (grilling with charcoal grill and fire bowl) is not allowed for safety reasons.
