Little Big House on the Prairie - Corfu Room

Welcome to The Little “Big” House on the Prairie located on Highway 12, 40 minutes north of Saskatoon. We hope you enjoy your peaceful escape into the beautiful prairies and experience this stunning, one-of-a-kind unique home with artistic European-inspired influence. The space Corfu Room: This spacious and elegant room has a private entrance via the shared patio. It is a separate unit which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. It has a queen bed with built-in Bluetooth speakers and headboard lights, walk-in closet, couch. The Little “Big” House on the Prairie is pleased to offer 5 bedrooms. 4 of them are ensuite-style bathrooms with shower and walk-in closets. A large patio is located at the back of the property; a perfect space to enjoy the beautiful prairie sunrise and sunsets. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the living spaces, kitchen, guest bathroom on the main-floor. All appliances are included for use - oven, fridge with ample space, microwave, toaster, waffle-maker, coffee-maker, sink and dishwasher. Guests are welcome to use the back patio at their leisure. Wifi is also included. Parking space is also provided at the back of the property. During your stay The host will be available to assist you on-site at your convenience to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a booking. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking, vaping or cannabis use in the house or on the property. 2 persons per room and any additional persons will carry an additional charge at booking. No additional charge for children under 10 years of age. All responsibility and duty of care for underage persons must be provided by the parent/guardian, including their personal equipment and needs. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 and are expected to be respected by guests. Although, special circumstances, such as event can be arranged.
