This is a 16 m² room on the 1st floor of a pretty 1940s house. It has a large window overlooking a very quiet garden. On the same floor, a shared "small living room" for Airbnb Guests where you will find tea, coffee, a microwave and dishes. Board games and books are also available. Also upstairs, the shared bathroom. The space You arrive at the main entrance, the door opens onto a small entrance. The living room, kitchen and garage are private spaces, and access is not permitted. However, if necessary and upon request, you can use the kitchen refrigerator. You also have access to the ground floor toilet. On your right, the stairs lead you upstairs. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: your "Beige Room" and the other Airbnb "Green Room", as well as the "small living room", bathroom and access to the attic. Other Airbnb guests may be present during your stay (usually a single person or couple). The rooms are equipped with locks, and you have a key on your keychain to access your room. The "small living room" is therefore shared with guests of the other room. The bathroom is shared with all occupants of the house. Our room is located in the attic, and is therefore also private. In the garage, you have access to a washing machine. Please don't hesitate to ask me for instructions on how to use it. This option is available for bookings of more than 3 nights. The entire house is surrounded by a flower garden, which is accessible to everyone :) Guest access You have access to your bedroom, "small living room" reserved for Airbnb Guests, bathroom, garden, toilet :) The living/dining room, kitchen, attic and garage are private :) During your stay If I'm not home when you arrive, I'll stay available on my phone. I prefer communicating through the Airbnb app for people of foreign origin as it facilitates translations although I speak English! Other things to note This is already indicated below but I specify it once again to avoid any surprises, we have a cat named Orik, he does not have access to your room but to the rest of the house! He is quite talkative and very affectionate but not at all mean, he goes outside so don't worry when you arrive if he goes out.
