Hop on one of our two beach cruisers and ride down to the movie theaters, brunch and dinner spots only 5 min away! The space Kitchenette- Air Fryer/Toaster Oven Toaster Induction Cook Top Coffee Machine: using K Cups and fresh ground coffee *Coffee, Tea, sugar and creamer provided Refrigerator and Freezer Reverse Osmosis (RO) for filtered water Sleeping Arrangements- King Bed Pullout Sofa Queen Bed Bathroom- Tub/Shower Washer/Dryer Iron/ironing Board Detergent/Bleach provided Guest access This guesthouse is private without any entry from the main house to this guest suite. This unit is a converted garage fully insulated with AC/Heat. There is a side yard that you can access from your bathroom that is also private that has a bistro table with two chairs and an umbrella to enjoy meals or coffee. The two beach cruisers are also there for your use which are also on the side yard near the recycler. Please not the recycling/bike area is also a common space as the main house has to utilize this entry to take out the recycling can every Wednesday evening. There is one shared space being the courtyard which is how you access the guest house. You may utilize this shared patio which includes a seating area a beautiful orange tree and a propane fire place. Other things to note There is a ring camera on the door to the main house that does pick up the entrance to the guesthouse.
