The space This 67 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house built in 1960 and completely renovated. The house, which once bordered a country lane, is now located along a departmental road where traffic is present. Despite this, it has retained its charm thanks to several small peaceful corners carefully arranged by the owner. The apartment includes: - A living room with a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, TV, table and chairs for 4 people - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle) - Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (190 x 160 cm), dressing room - Bedroom 2: Corsican bed (190 x 120 cm), closet - Bedroom 3: twin beds (190 x 80 cm), closet - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate toilet Outside You will have a balcony, but also almost the entire garden located at the back of the house. This space is composed of fruit trees and prairie grass. A stone terrace with garden table and chairs, a canopy covered with vines, an avocado tree and bright spots to enjoy summer evenings complete this pleasant setting. A wicker barrier separates your outdoor space from that of the ground floor, guaranteeing you autonomy and privacy. Only access to parking is shared. House life The ground floor is inhabited by the owner, always happy to share her good advice if you wish. Discreet and respectful of your privacy, she will also be able to step aside to let you make the most of your stay. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase. Location The house is ideally located in the heart of Borgo, a dynamic and growing village, offering many activities, shows and exhibitions. Events and festivals The region is animated all year round by various festivals: Guitare à Patrimonio in July, Latin festival of Saint-Florent in August, street theater in Balagne, not to mention the many concerts of Corsican songs organized in the villages.
