If you are looking for sun, relax, good food and blue waters you will enjoy your stay in our house. The area Altea Hills is very quiet, the house has fantastic views, plenty of light. You will find 2 big terraces and a small garden to relax, sunbathe in our loungers, enjoy fantastic sunsets. The region has 300 sunny days per year! The space The house has two floors, on the upper floor is the living room, kitchen, laundry room and entrance hall and toilet. Outside is the dining area for 6 and an area with armchairs. On the other floor are the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The main bedroom, with a double bed, is en-suite with a complete bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other two single beds. The rooms all open onto a fairly private terrace with sun loungers. Guest access You can also enjoy our large shared swimming pool with one shallow kids pool and a nice garden with loungers and a pingpong table. All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans. External shower. Barbecue. It is easy to park in the street in front of the house. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, travel cot (under request), books, games. Other things to note It is important to have a car to enjoy the house, to go to the beach, explore the area, go to restaurants or to the supermarket. Minimum age for reservation 25 years.
