Fine up to $500. Fee for professional odor removal/ extra cleaning services. • ONLY 1 assigned parking permit. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST PARKING. • All detailed check-in instructions will be sent to your phone number listed on your Airbnb profile. • PET FEE - applies to all pets. Certified Service Animals are exempt from pet fee. Service Animals must have service vest at all times. Some breeds are not allowed due to community restrictions. Ask for more details. • Sleeps 2 comfortably. Sleeping in couch is optional. • NO MAIL OF ANY KIND. Use a different alternative. Ask before ordering anything. * Toilet paper, napkins, detergent, shampoo, etc., and other essentials are provided for the first few days. You are responsible for additional supplies. * We no longer purchase perishables like salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. We realize the expiration date on some items are overlooked and don’t want to risk having expired items when they aren’t used as often. Please bring your own. ***Important note on community amenities: Some facilities such as the pool, gym, and jacuzzi may occasionally be unavailable or have limited access due to routine or unexpected maintenance and construction work. These interruptions are beyond our control and can occur without advance notice. You will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Since you are not on a long term lease, the onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.
