Suzim’s Apartment with a View is newly built accessed by stairs to second floor with views over Inverness and is situated in Wester Inshes, Inverness. Inverness city centre and Castle situated beside the River Ness 2.3 miles, Culloden Battlefield 5.2 miles, Raigmore Hospital 1.3 miles, UHI university 1.7 miles, Inverness airport 9 miles, Coop shop few minutes walk, Inshes Retail Park 1 mile, Loch Ness 13.9 miles, Asda 1.7 miles. Free parking is available outside the apartment block. The space The apartment covers an area of approx 75 squared metres. It is is located on the second floor which is accessed by stairs. The front door opens into a hallway and the sitting room is on the left - the kitchen door is on the right after you enter the sitting room. There is a dining table and benches in the kitchen. Also accessed from the hallway are two bedrooms (one with en-suite toilet and shower) and a separate bathroom. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire apartment. There is one locked cupboard without access. Self check-in details will be messaged in advance of your stay. Other things to note Free parking outside the apartment block. Please ensure that when cooking in the kitchen and when using the bathroom or shower room that you remember to press fan switch (located outside each room except in the kitchen where it is located above the light switch inside). There is a bin in the kitchen. However, if you wish to dispose of any rubbish, there are large bins in the bin area beside the parking area. Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm and check-out is before 11am. The apartment is self check-in and details will be messaged in advance of your stay. Private residents live within the apartment block, so we would appreciate if guests enter and leave quietly, especially late at night.
