This building has 6 separate apartments with units on 3 different levels. There are 2 apartments on the middle ground, 2 apartments on the upper level, and 2 apartments below grade. The shared laundry room is located in the adjacent house. Each apartment has a private entrance and not shared with other guests. This apartment is a practical two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout on the middle ground level of the building. There is one half flight of exterior stairs up to the unit. See photo for apartment layout. The entire apartment is 532 sq ft. * There is a full bed and a queen bed with quality bed linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom also has its own AC unit. * The 55 inch smart TV has all broadcast TV stations and an extensive selection of cable TV sports and entertainment offered. * Fully equipped Kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker (filters, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners provided!), dishes/silverware, cooking basics, and pots/pans for you to use during your stay. * One full bathroom with a bathtub supplied with essential toiletries and a hairdryer. * High Speed internet is sufficient for surfing, streaming, or working. * If you are visiting Ann Arbor campus or downtown, no car is needed. You can walk everywhere. Bars, Restaurants, Central Campus, Kerrytown Shops, Zingerman's are all easy walks. * One reserved, off-street parking space included * Smart locks with customized codes are used for apartment access * There is a shared laundry room in the adjacent house. Available to use before 11 AM and after 5 PM. at any time during your stay. The machines are free (not coin-operated), and there are detergents available to use. * We have security cameras on the property, monitoring the exterior of the property, no cameras inside the unit. * Pet friendly apartment! Please read the agreement if you plan to bring a pet! If you are bringing a pet, permission is needed prior to your arrival and you will be charged a one-time pet fee of $50. Additionally, we have a pet agreement we'll need you to review and agree to. Apartment Dimensions: 28' X 19' = 532 square feet total The living room: 10' X 10' = 100 sq ft. Kitchen: 9' X 10' = 90 sq ft Front bedroom: 13' X 10' = 130 sq ft including the closet. Back bedroom: 10' X 10' = 100 sq ft including the closet. Bathroom: 8' X 5' = 40 sq ft There are NO PARTIES allowed. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM on week nights and 11 PM on weekends. No Smoking allowed. Unfortunately, in the past people have used units for parties and have left excessive mess and damaged furniture - they were billed for the costs incurred.
