Well-curated vintage furniture, folk art, and high-quality textiles. The main room is open to serve as the living room with a smart 43" TV, vintage record player stereo system, and a 4-person dining table. The kitchen is roomy with a 3-person bar, coffee & tea brewing set-up, vintage stoneware dishes, and a cute retro-style fridge. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a large window to let in natural light. The second bedroom has a spacious office desk and a daybed that can be extended to king-size. Through the second bedroom is a private brick patio with an original adobe wall accent. It's a great spot for sunny morning coffee or sipping mezcal as you watch the sun set behind "A" Mountain with a smoldering chiminea fire under the dreamy string lights. Guest access Guests will have access to their own shotgun-style unit of a 3-unit row house, plus a quaint and intimate private adobe-walled courtyard patio. Other things to note If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please try to let us know more than 24 hours in advance and we will confirm availability. If requesting more than 1 hour, we charge a nominal convenience fee of $20/hr due to scheduling changes for our cleaners.
