Although, there have been numerous halibut and salmon caught straight out from where you will sit on the deck. You have the whole unit all to yourselves, entry with a keyless touch pad. I live in the house on the property, will be available most times and can usually get text or phone calls, unless I might be to far out on the ocean. We are just a turn off of the Sterling Highway, only 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, a favorite place for getting onto the local beach. Grocery and hardware stores are just a few minutes further and the SPIT about a mile and a half beyond them. There you can find the gateway to fabulous fishing and sightseeing in the local area, or possibly some bear viewing from one of the seaplane operations on Beluga Lake.
