Tiny nestled in a meadow near Lake Madine. 40 min by car from Metz, 30 min from Pont-à-Mousson and Saint-Mihiel, 50 min from Verdun and 1 hr from Nancy, you will quickly access the heritage of these Lorraine cities. Lake Madine is 10 minutes away for swimming and Chambley Air Base is next door if you want to take flying lessons. Beautiful walks in the surrounding fields and meadows are accessible from the Maisonnelle. Towels and sheets are not provided The space The Maisonnelle has 20 m2 including the mezzanine. The bedroom equipped with a double bed is on the mezzanine. ATTENTION: You must BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS for the bathroom and SHEETS for the bed (sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases) On the ground floor you have: - 1 Bathroom with sink, shower and dry toilet. - 1 Kitchen equipped with hob, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. - 1 Living room with a table/desk to eat or work as well as a large sofa bed for 1 or 2 extra guests Guest access La Maisonnelle is located in an alfalfa field overlooking the village of Saint-Julien-Les-Gorze. In the photographs of the ad you will find a photo of the village map with the exact location and coordinates to enter in the GPS. Access is via a dirt road, it is passable without difficulty but there are some potholes so we advise you to drive slowly and be careful. With a little caution, this does not represent a major difficulty. It is everyone's responsibility to judge whether their vehicle can pass. In case of damage to your vehicle, you will remain responsible. You can park next to the Maisonnelle because the fields contain a lot of pebbles which makes it passable. If it rained a lot the day you arrive and you are afraid for your car, you can find a place in the village that is 300 m away or in the cemetery parking lot.
