Our house is located in Pointe Milou, the Christopher Hotel district. It has two bedrooms, at different levels, both equipped with air conditioning, a shower room and toilet. (Price advertised for 1 bedroom 2 people - Surcharge for 2nd bedroom: 3 or 4 people) The house enjoys exceptional ocean views visible from every room in the house. A housekeeper comes at least once during the stay + Welcome by our manager at the airport The space Two beautiful bedrooms with sea views: Price for 1 room (Welcome by our manager + passage of a housekeeper at least once a week) - 2nd BEDROOM with supplement (calculated automatically according to the number of people - 3 or 4 people ) Bedroom 1: Sea view - a large bed in 180cm, bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower - Access to the living room, kitchen, terrace, garden and pool. (Pricing advertised = for two people/ per night). Bedroom 2 access by stairs: Lower level sea view - Two 90cm beds and a shower room with a vanity. Pricing = Surcharge per person per night The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, TV, Bluetooth connected speaker, fiber-equipped house. Fully equipped kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ... A large terrace with lounge and dining area, overlooking the private pool and garden. Private parking space available. For stays of one week, a cleaning lady will come at least once a week. Access to the Laundry included in the price in the presence of our housekeeper. Guest access All rooms of the house are accessible. The laundry is open in the presence of our housekeeper. The 2nd bedroom is available with extra charge (2 people maximum) Access to the house by stairs. Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival and towels at your disposal. Kitchen: oil, vinegar, condiments available. For one week stays = a housekeeper included (minimum 1 pass). Laundry available in the presence of our cleaning lady: washing machine and dryer.
