Cast Net Cottage is your waterfront getaway on the Steinhatchee River. This 2BR/2BA home features river views, a private dock, and easy access for fishing and scalloping. Relax on the porch, head out on the water, and unwind by the firepit. Located on the Jena side, just across from Fiddler’s by boat. Plenty of room for boats, trailers, and guests. The space After coming up the stairs, you will enter the open concept living/dining and kitchen area of the homes. The two bedrooms are located on opposites side of the house, each with a private bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the main area of the house and also includes two barstools for additional seating. Living room couch pulls out into a sofa bed. The dock is 56 ft long and 6 ft wide. Plenty of room to dock your boat! There are 3 RV sites also available on the property. Those can be found as well on Airbnb by searching Cast Net Campground. Campsites will also have access to our shared space and docks. Please note: As our community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, guests may notice nearby demolition, construction, and rebuilding activities. A neighboring property across the street is currently undergoing demolition. This work is not associated with our property and is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as our community continues its recovery. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private dock and all outdoor spaces. Relax on the back porch, enjoy the firepit and grill, and take advantage of ample space for boats, trailers, and parking. Designed for an easy, laid-back stay on the water. Other things to note Steinhatchee is a golf cart friendly town with two local rental companies featuring 4 and 6 seater carts. 🚤 Boater-Friendly Location! Bring your boat and enjoy easy access to the water. The nearest public launch, Jena Boat Ramp, is only about 10 minutes away, while the Steinhatchee Public Boat Ramp is approximately 15 minutes away. Need fuel or supplies? Sea Hag Marina, Deadman Bay Marina, and several other full-service marinas are just a short drive away.
