Unique waterfront location and direct beach access, the 3-bedroom home has a spectacular view of Palamós Bay. You can enjoy the beach, walks along the promenade by the sea, shops, terraces, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The space The accommodation is located in front of the promenade in a prime location. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the entire bay of Palamós, and dine by candlelight in front of the sea. Dining room With spectacular ocean views, it features a 6-person extendable table, a sofa area with TV, wifi, and a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. The sofa is three-seater and there are also two armchairs. Cooking The kitchen is well-equipped, and has 4 burners, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Rooms All three rooms are exterior. Two with a double bed, one 150 cm and the other 135 cm. The third is ideal for children, it has a single bed that can be stretched and transformed into two 80cm beds, one next to the other. Toilets The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower with a screen. And a small bathroom with toilet and sink. North terrace In the back there is a terrace where two of the rooms have an exit. Access The accommodation is located on a second floor without an elevator with access from the promenade in front of the sea and parking space. Guest access There's a parking spot available, at no extra cost, with shared entrance access with the first-floor tenant. This means you'll have to agree to enter and exit the parking lot. Please note that in high season, access to the promenade is restricted to the residents of the promenade, so we'll need your car's license plate to access it without any problems. If you come with more than one car, there are public parking areas nearby. Other things to note We speak English, French, Italian and German, and we will help you make your stay as pleasant as possible.
