Lakeside home - great location

Beautifully renovated lakeside home close to Magaritaville off KK. You'll have the private lower floor studio all to yourself. The studio has a Cal King bed, full kitchen/ dining area, ensuite bathroom. There is a separate room with a double bed. Quality linens, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee+teas etc. Enjoy beautiful views to the lake from the patio and watching wildlife on almost 3 acres of wooded land. Full access to the private dock (boat slip 10 mins drive away) The space The studio has a Cal King bed with quality linens and duvet, two armchairs by the sliding glass doors where you can sit and enjoy the view onto the lake, a large kitchen area with full stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with all pots, pans and utensils and a dining area. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower: shampoo and conditioner and towels provided. There is an additional room with a double bed - which is ideal for kids of all ages. There is a second bed that pulls out from underneath the bed if separate sleeping arrangements are needed. We can provide extra linen and duvet for the pull-out bed if requested in advance for an additional fee of $35. This room also has a washer and dryer. We provide coffee, teas, all linens and towels etc. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The space is ideal for a couple, or for a family (with space for up to 3 children). Guest access The studio and kids bedroom is a private lock off, so you will have this space to yourselves (with no-one upstairs during your stay). It is accessed from the carport by a flight of exterior stairs, that lead to the lower patio. You will then access the studio by the sliding doors. Keys are in a lockbox by the sliding doors. We will message the lockbox code the day prior to your stay. Other things to note The studio and house area is strictly NO SMOKING. If you wish to smoke, please go down to the dock or explore the 3 acres of land. :) Pets are NOT permitted. We also request that you do NOT gut fish from your catches in the kitchen studio. An extra charge of $250 for deep-cleaning will be charged if pets, smoking, or smells from cleaning/gutting fish are evident. Please note use of the dock and lakeside area is at guests' own risk. Please be water aware. Children should use lifejackets at all times on the dock and be under your supervision. We cannot take any responsibility for accidents.
