Welcome to our charming "Sequoia" house, located in Martigny, a peaceful hamlet between Chasseneuil du Poitou and Avanton, in the land of Futuroscope (3.5 km away). In a passionately renovated barn, we offer this independent cottage that can accommodate up to 7 people. Ideal for a family, you will have a large living room with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. My children and I will be happy to host you! The space On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, separate toilet. For your information, there are 2 coffee makers (one filter and one Tassimo). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80 x 190 beds, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Possibility to add a baby cot, ideal for children from 0 to 3 years old (on request) or an extra bed of 80 x 190 in the large bedroom (on request). Bedding is provided, beds are made upon your arrival. Make sure to bring your towels. For velux in the bedrooms there are two remote controls: one for the electric shutter and another for opening the velux itself. There are powerful tower fans as well as small fans/misters in each of the bedrooms (very effective when temperatures are high) as well as extra blankets for those who are sensitive to the cold. Everything is designed for your comfort in this very functional accommodation. The sober and neat decor will make you feel "at home". There is also an outdoor area with garden furniture at your disposal for meals or simply an aperitif! Guest access You will be able to park your car inside the property. You will enter through a motorized gate that opens onto a large courtyard with trees and flowers, where you can safely park up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note We live there, our house is located opposite the barn, but the cottage is independent and not overlooked. We will be happy to share time with you, or simply inform you about things to do in the area, good deals and share our favorites with you. We will also be discreet if you just want to enjoy the place. Whether you are visiting our cottage for one night or multiple nights, we will do everything we can to make your stay a complete success.
