Welcome to our charming "Sequoia" house, located in Martigny, a peaceful hamlet between Chasseneuil du Poitou and Avanton, in the land of Futuroscope (3.5 km away). In a passionately renovated barn, we offer this independent cottage that can accommodate up to 7 people. Ideal for a family, you will have a large living room with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. My children and I will be happy to host you! The space On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, separate toilet. Possibility to transform the sofa into a single bed (80x190). Upstairs: 1 bedroom bed 160x200, 1 bedroom bed 140x200, 1 bedroom 2 beds 80x190, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). For the skylights in the rooms, there are two remote controls: one for the electric shutter and another for opening the skylight itself. Possibility to add an umbrella bed, ideal for children from 0 to 3 years old (on request) or an extra bed of 80x190 in the large bedroom (on request). Bedding is provided. Provide your towels. Everything is designed for your comfort in this very functional accommodation. The sober and neat decor will make you feel "at home". Guest access You can park your car inside the property. You will enter through a motorized gate overlooking a large wooded and flowery courtyard where you can park your vehicle safely. Other things to note We live there, our house is located opposite the barn, but the cottage is independent and not overlooked. We will be happy to share time with you, or simply inform you about things to do in the area, good deals and share our favorites with you. We will also be discreet if you just want to enjoy the place. Whether you are visiting our cottage for one night or multiple nights, we will do everything we can to make your stay a complete success.
