Artist's Loft - Entire Apartment

Minutes away from the airport, downtown, and Willy street area, our Artist's Loft is nestled between Madison's two beautiful lakes. Every bedroom has a clean, creative, and minimal vibe. It is set up for inspirational workflow and clutter-free relaxation. Perfect for large groups, couples, and business travelers. The space The loft is located in one of Madison's historic buildings. There is a hair salon below the apartment. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, lit by windows throughout the house. The original skylight was preserved in a 2016 remodel. At night the loft is lit by artist's tools and lamps, casting interesting shadows throughout the space. Opening off the combined living room/dining area is a kitchen where guests can prepare food or sit down at the breakfast bar for a morning coffee. There is one bathroom with a slate tiled shower. Brand new utilities (washer and dryer) area which opens out onto our shared rooftop/garden space (cedar and brick exterior). New air conditioning units installed last year! Radiant steam heating system preserved to maintain the original essence of the historic building. Our style is minimal, clean, and creative. Guest access Our unique rooftop green space is lit by string lights in the evenings and is shared by guests and owners. (There is SMOKING ALLOWED OUTSIDE on the shared rooftop.) We may or may not be out there, but in the summer months we do grill out often, and guests are welcome to join in the fun! Great place for reading a book, or sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. We sleep 6 comfortably. There is street parking available to guests, no garage access. Check-out time is at 12pm (or anytime before 12pm, but no later than 12pm). Other things to note Check-in time is 3pm or later (flexible). Check-out time is 12pm (strict). There is no garage access, but the driveway may be used to load and unload. Guests are able to park on the street. (Street parking is free.) Only one front door key is provided to each group. (Example: A group of 6 guests will not get 6 front door keys, but 1 for the entire group.) Keys to each bedroom are available upon request. Free Wifi. We have a 55" LED flatscreen in the main living room accompanied by a bluetooth sound bar so guests can stream music (Spotify, Pandora, etc.) directly from their smartphones. The TV does not have cable - we have Netflix, Youtube, Prime, Hulu. Includes HDMI port.
