Please bring the ingredients and seasonings you want to use for BBQ. Q. Is this accommodation licensed? A. This accommodation is licensed by Japanese goverment. Under the law, you have to fill out the information form for all of the guests. It is also required to upload the photo of your passport if you do not have Japanese address. Q. Can I smoke in the room? A. All rooms are non-smoking. I do not accept electronic cigarettes, either. If you smoke, there is an ashtray outside the entrance of the accommodation, so please use that! Q. Will I get a refund if I change the number of guests from my reservation prior to checking in? A. If you have more than 5 days before check-in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 5 days before check-in, according the cancellation policy there will be no refund.
