Spacious, modern peaceful one bedroom house ideal for one or two guests visiting nearby Cambridge or other local attractions. Recently refurbished house with open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, free full-fibre wifi, off street parking and outside patio area. The space Just inside the front door is a cupboard to hang coats and leave your shoes. The rest of the downstairs is totally open plan. There is a full kitchen with double oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher There is a dining area with table and four chairs. The lounge area has reclining 2-seater sofa, TV with Roku, coffee table etc. Bi-fold doors open onto the private patio area with table and chairs for guests use only. Upstairs is reached by a spiral stair and has the single bedroom and adjacent bathroom. There is also a small seating area in the bedroom with two easy chairs. The bathroom has shower, basin and toilet. Single use Guest toiletries provided for the first day of your stay. Small breakfast basket provided with cereals, tea & coffee, milk etc to get you started. Guest access You can use the whole property except for a restricted storage area behind the bed. Other things to note Please note: the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The property is not suitable for children or infants due to the open stairs. There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the house or on the patio area or driveway. Please do not park outside the adjacent garage - that is our neighbours drive - parking for the property is outside the kitchen window. There is plenty of free street parking if you need more than one car space. Local amenities in the village include a grocers shop and post office. The White Horse pub just 5 minutes walk away serves food lunchtime and evenings. Nearby Histon and Girton villages have many pubs and restaurants and take-aways. There are regular busses into Cambridge from the bus stop near the end of the road.
