The space - Features a modest but comfortably furnished, well stocked, 3bd 2ba mobile home. Sleeps up to 8 guests with the use of 2 roll away cots. - This is a very gently sloping lot with easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing. - Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2x twin beds, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There are also twin-sized fold up cots in the closets of bedrooms #1 & #3. - Full kitchen with dishwasher. - In addition to bath towels and linens, beach towels provided, but it is suggested that you bring your own. Please do not use bath towels outside. - The parking area has a LOT of space. We have had 4 trucks with trailers parked side by side with room for other vehicles in front of them. Parking can be very limited around the lake, but here'll you'll find ample room. - The Pavilion is included with rental. It is a great place to have a picnic, stage your outdoor gear, or enjoy a screened-in view of the lake, day or night. Please do not leave wet towels/clothes on the wood furniture - instead, please use the towel rack inside the pavilion. - The wood stove in the Pavilion has been professionally cleaned and serviced and is available for use. Guest access The lot is shaped like a peninsula with ~400 feet of shoreline. You will have exclusive access to the whole lot including mobile home, pavilion, & dock. We do not own the boat ramp immediately adjacent to the property, but you may use it to launch/retrieve your boat. *Note, some larger boats (very wide, long, and/or a deep draft), ex center console or large wake boats, may be challenging to launch at this ramp. Bass boats, pontoon boats, and ski boats are all launched and retrieved regularly without issue. Other things to note - 8 minutes to Food Lion, ABC store, hardware store, and other shops and restaurants. - You will NOT have to go under/through a bridge/culvert to access main lake. Just pilot your boat to the mouth of the cove (a few hundred yards) and Eaton's Ferry bridge will be visible to your right. - Use of the watercraft; canoe & kayaks, subject to an additional waiver signed by primary booking guest. This waiver will be delivered via email for electronic signature. You must provide a valid email after booking via Airbnb messaging app after booking. - All watercraft will have to be returned to their storage locations on the saw horses, strapped down and locked. Pictures confirming that everything has been reset will then be sent via the Airbnb app. Failure to do so may result in a $150 reset fee. - We will consider approving bookings from profiles with no prior reviews. However, we will require pictures of the driver’s licenses of every adult guest for your stay. These will be sent via the Airbnb app, after the approval of your booking request, and prior to us sending you your check-in and door code info. We also want you to know exactly what you can expect by staying with us, so here are our Check Out instructions for your review as you are making your decision. CHECK OUT LIST - Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer. - Load & start dishwasher. - Leave all bed linens & towels in place on beds. - Remove trash from Pavilion. - Remove all trash and dispose of it in the provided bin or at an appropriate waste & recycling center. - Return all outdoor furniture to original location. - Return Pavilion key to hook above dryer. - Close & lock all doors/windows in home & Pavilion.
