This unique place located in the best part of Levittown has a style and vibe all it's own! The Jewel is located in Levittown Lakes - full of great bars, restaurants, coffee spots, food trucks and fun. It is 5 minutes from Punta Salinas Beach, 20 minutes from San Juan, 10 minutes to Cataño (another city with a great vibe and waterfront area) and the ferry to Old San Juan. There is shopping and grocery outlets nearby for all your shopping needs. The home is equipped with the fastest WIFI in PR. The space As a lover of color, art and plants, the place has been decorated to share that love with others. Every room is full of different textures and colors and has what I would call a modern vintage feel to it. The decor in every space has been thought through and put together to make you feel comfortable and at home. I even make sure it smells good. :) Guest access The guests have access to every room in the second floor apartment, the side courtyard including the seating area, the full patio/balcony space and two parking spaces closest to the front left gate. Other things to note The Jewel of Levittown is located about 25 minutes from San Juan Airport (SJU), 20 minutes from Condado/Old San Juan, 5-10 minutes from Cataño (Bacardi Tour, ferry to Old San Juan). Uber does have presence on the island (NO Lyft). IMPORTANT: USE GøøGLE MAPS TO FIND THE LOCATION! Apple Maps takes people to the wrong street!! This is a residential neighborhood where many local families live every day. Many of them may be going to work the next morning so please be quiet and respectful during week days. There is no smoking inside. Please keep smoking to the outside areas and keep the doors closed so the smoke doesn't get inside. In the kitchen, salt, pepper, Complete Seasoning (my favorite), brown and white sugar, coffee, tea, and powdered creamer is available. Dishwasher tablets are in the bottom left drawer. There are beach towels (in a black box in the hallway closet), "beach" chairs, a cooler and ice pack for your convenience. Please feel free to use them if you'd like to go to the beach. Kindly bring everything back. There is also a first aid kit here in this closet if you need it. I have stocked the bathrooms with feminine products just in case anyone is caught off guard. I also provide face wipes so that you may remove makeup products before using the towels and wash cloths. All TVS (3) are smart tvs. Bring your passwords and watch to your heart's desire. Don't forget to log out when you check out! Do not try to open the supply closet in the living room. If you need anything, just let me know and I'll get it for you! Please relax and have fun! After all, you're on vacation! But please do treat the place with care so that I may have the pleasure of hosting other guests after you in a well-kept environment.
