The space According to the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), minors can only stay in vacation rental establishments accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, or with written authorization from their guardians, signed and notarized. This requirement is laid down in Article 250 of the ECA, which prohibits unaccompanied minors from staying without formal authorization from their parents. In order for your nephew to stay in the apartment, you will need to send: ✅ A copy of your and your child's ID card or passport (we already have this) ✅ Authorization signed by the parents and notarized ✅ A copy of the parents' IDs, with the same signatures as those notarized. If you can't provide this documentation, unfortunately I won't be able to accept the booking, as this could have legal implications for me as the host.
