INSIDE: The bedroom is cool and spacious and has A/C, a high, white wooden ceiling with ceiling fan, white wooden and rattan furniture and white drapes. A large window and double French doors provide plentiful natural breeze and light. The simple decor is enhanced with colourful Caribbean artwork, including some beautiful feathery headdresses from Anguilla's Summer Carnival - which guests are welcome to try on :) There is a small utility nook which provides the basics to make coffee or tea, as well as a small fridge freezer & microwave). The en-suite bathroom has white fixtures and fittings and cream tiles. It is very simple and quite spacious with a walk in shower (no curtain) a small window, and plenty of storage. OUTSITE A fan cooled, spacious, indoor/outdoor lounge/kitchen area which opens onto the garden on two sides. Kitchen facilities include a fridge freezer, 2 ring gas burner, toaster oven, sink and worktop. There is a table and two chairs for dining. Hummingbird's pretty, spacious garden is a work in progress - filled with local trees, fruits and flowers and of course plenty of birds! It is your own space to relax and enjoy Anguilla's sunny mornings and balmy tropical nights. There are two garden chairs and an umbrella on request. OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY There is parking outside the studio. You enter through a dedicated, locked door and arrive in a private walled and fenced garden. Access to the studio is via double French Doors, which can be left open when you are at home as long as you turn the a/c off! Popular restaurant Picante is very close so if you spend your evening in the garden you will hear guests arriving and departing from there on occasion - Picante normally close by 11. Guest access The studio has its own entrance, and you will have exclusive use of a walled and gated garden. This garden is part of a larger garden where you will often see 2 dogs - who will not bother you and which you will not be able to access. The studio comprises a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a door to, but no access to or from the main house from the studio (door is bolted). NEW ADDITION! A fabulous kitchen, dining lounge area in the garden. Perfect for long stay guests! The studio also has a a/c, excellent wi-fi, utility nook with mini fridge and microwave, a writing desk, comfy arm chair and side table. Other things to note NEW! Beautiful kitchen/lounge area with fridge, food prep area, 2 ring gas burner and dining & relaxing area. There is also a utility nook in the bedroom which features a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and a kettle as well as cutlery, plates cups etc. I also have a gas barbeque which lives outside which has a ring as well as the grill area. There is a table and chairs for dining.
