The space This large cottage of 100 m2, loft style, was set up in what was a stone barn, adjoining the owners house. The modern gite by its interior layout and equipment accommodates up to 8/9 people. The natural freshness of its stone construction will ensure your well-being in the middle of summer. Its shaded terrace opens to an enclosed private garden with a play area for children. The (shared) above ground wooden pool, equipped with lighting will refresh you at all hours! Your children will discover on the property (10 hectares) our horses, our donkeys, dog, cat, chickens, peacocks, doves,... Ability to accompany us during daily pet care. The 45 m2 kitchen-living room, which opens onto the terrace through a large bay window, has been designed to highlight conviviality and family holidays in all seasons, a bar connects the kitchen and the living room equipped with a pellet stove. A spiral staircase, with crazy charm, leads to the upper rooms. Also at your disposal: an electric vehicle charging station, a barbecue. We can lend you adult and child bicycles (muscular mountain bike type) for a "discovery" ride in the village of Limans and the surrounding area... a secure place is dedicated to the storage and maintenance of bicycles. - must read: Dog/Cat welcome & other very important information below! ... The Staffi, 1st and 2nd category dogs, like the American Staffordshire terrier (called pit-bulls), Mastiff ( called boer bulls), Tosa, Rottweiler, doberman, ... AND ANY dog considered by the hosts to be dangerous ARE NOT ALLOWED. Arriving with undeclared (or inaccurately declared) animals exposes you to a REFUSAL of ACCESS and CANCELLATION of the rental. - The pool is in operation from June to September depending on weather conditions.
