Check-in and check-out must be on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you wish to do so on any other day, you should check with the host to verify availability and possible additional fees. In short, everything!!!! Some of the activities have a cost that varies according to the season, so it is recommended to check with the host. CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM - notify late arrivals. CHECK-OUT: before 10:00 am At check-in, the guest must be at least 21 years old and show an ID and a credit card in their name for the $50 security deposit, which will be refunded at check-out. PETS AND RATES: SERVICE dogs are welcome FREE of charge with the proper documentation. (Emotional support pets are not allowed) For non-service dogs: A mandatory, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged at check-in. If the guest does not inform the front desk that they have a pet and it is in the room, they will be charged $150 in addition to the $150 deposit. You can host 1 pet of up to 60lbs or 2 small pets weighing 60 lbs together.
