The space Villa Julies is a newly renovated house and offers comfortable space for guests, with a wonderful stay experience as a result. The two bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen-size beds, which ensure a good night's sleep. In addition, there is an extra room that can be used as a walk-in closet or for storage. The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 persons. To maintain a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms, both air conditioning and fans are available. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities for guests to experience culinary adventures and prepare meals. Clean bedding and essential amenities are provided, and beach towels and equipment are available for guests to enjoy their time on the nearby beaches of Curacao. After a refreshing dip, guests can use the outdoor shower to rinse off. Guest access The charming house, which is exclusively available for your private use, features a secure gate at the entrance and ample parking space for two cars. It is located in the residential neighborhood of Tera Kora, offering a convenient base to explore the stunning natural beaches on the west side of Curaçao. For dining, there are delicious restaurants just a 5-minute drive away, where you can enjoy a variety of culinary experiences. Additionally, the city center is easily accessible within a 10-minute drive, offering even more dining and entertainment options. Just 2 minutes from the house, you'll find supermarkets, laundromats, shopping centers, and other essential amenities. This close proximity ensures that everything you need during your stay is easily accessible, making for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. While renting a car is recommended to fully enjoy all that Curaçao has to offer, it’s worth noting that there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the house. This provides an alternative means of transport for those who prefer not to rent a car. However, please keep in mind that bus schedules and routes may vary, so it’s advisable to plan your trips accordingly. The hosts of the charming house are happy to assist you in finding a reliable car rental service if needed, ensuring you receive all the support you need to make the most of your stay. Other things to note The house operates on a 110V and 220V electrical system. It’s important to note that electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and is the responsibility of the guest. At check-in and check-out, the meter readings will be recorded to determine your electricity usage. The cost is $0.50 per kilowatt-hour (kWh), and estimated daily usage ranges from 5 to 15 kWh. We use the prepaid Pagatinu system, which allows you to purchase electricity as needed. To promote environmental awareness and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask you to minimize electricity use by turning off the air conditioning when you are not in the room or when it’s not needed.
