The space Villa Julies is a newly renovated house and offers comfortable space for guests, with a wonderful stay experience as a result. The two bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen size beds, which ensures a good night's sleep. In addition, there is an additional room that could be used as a walk-in closet or for storage. The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 persons. To maintain a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms, both air conditioning and fans are available. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities for guests to have culinary adventures and prepare meals. Clean linens and essential amenities are provided, and beach towels and equipment are available for guests to enjoy their time on the nearby beaches of Curacao. After a refreshing dip, guests will have access to the outdoor shower to spray off. It is located in the residential area of Tera Kora, which provides a convenient base to explore the beautiful natural beaches on the west side of Curacao. As for dining, there are delicious restaurants just 5 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy various culinary experiences. In addition, the center is easily accessible within 10 minutes drive, where you will find even more eateries and entertainment options. Only 2 minutes drive from the house you will find supermarkets, laundromats, shopping malls and other essential amenities. This proximity ensures that all the comforts you need during your stay are easily accessible, for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. While it is recommended to rent a car on the island to fully enjoy all that Curaçao has to offer, it is worth noting that there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the house. This provides an alternative means of transportation for those who prefer not to rent a car. However, please note that bus schedules and routes may vary so it is advisable to plan your trips accordingly. Other things to note The house operates on a 110V and 220V power system. It's important to know that the electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and is the guest's responsibility. Upon arrival and departure, the start and end positions of the meter will be recorded to determine your electricity consumption. The cost is $0.50 per kilowatt hour (kWh), and the estimated consumption ranges from 5 to 15 kWh per day. To promote environmental friendliness and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask you to minimize electricity consumption by turning off the air conditioning when not in the room or not in the room.
