Through our beautiful courtyard you can reach the separate entrance to the vacation home.

 The 85 m² spacious ground-level and largely barrier-free vacation home has a large eat-in kitchen, a separate bedroom, a large living room, as well as a bathroom and an additional guest toilet.

 The large and cozy eat-in kitchen invites you to relax and linger with its casual seating area and views into the courtyard. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and of high quality and should leave nothing to be desired. If so, just contact us.

 The five possible sleeping places are divided between the separate bedroom and the living room.

 Up to three beds can be used in the bedroom. A large, cozy double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and, if necessary, a sleeping chair with a separate mattress can also be used as a comfortable extra bed (80 cm x 190 cm). As an alternative to the extra bed, a closed crib can also be provided. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases.

 In the living room with its fireplace you can meet in the sitting area for dinner or play together and the cozy sofa invites you to relax. In addition to the usual TV programs, the smart TV offers Netflix, YouTube and other services. A selection of books, magazines and board games is also available.

 Thanks to the separate spacious kitchen, the use of the living room as a bedroom is unproblematic. Two additional sleeping places can be used here, as the sofa can be converted into a large double bed. The 150 cm x 200 cm lying surface can be equipped with an additional mattress topper so that nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. During the day, the mattress and bedding disappear into the bed box of the sofa. There is also an additional wardrobe and additional storage space in the living room, so you can easily store your belongings.

From the cozy living room you can also reach the covered terrace and garden. On the spacious terrace you are undisturbed. Furniture on the patio and a barbecue are ready for you. The garden and its play facilities (trampoline, sandbox, play kitchen, playhouse, ping pong table) may be used in agreement with us.

 The attractive daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
 A washing machine and everything else needed for laundry is available in the separate guest toilet.

 The distance from the property to the first beaches and swimming areas on Lake Constance is 7 km. The most flexible way to reach them is by car in about 10 minutes. Also for excursion destinations, such as the flower island Mainau, the island Reichenau (World Heritage Site), the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen and the beautiful Lake Constance towns of Konstanz, Radolfzell or Stein am Rhein, our accommodation is an ideal starting point. Active vacationers have Lake Constance in front of the door for all water activities, beautiful bike tours are possible in all directions and beginners' mountain bike trails are offered by our local mountain, the Schienerberg. One of the most beautiful saunas directly on Lake Constance is only 11 km from the property. In bad weather, the Lake Constance thermal baths of Konstanz and Überlingen are easily accessible by car for swimming fun with children. Other nice destinations with children are, for the monastery construction site Campus Galli, the Rheutmühle pet farm, the Affenberg in Salem, the Sea Life Konstanz and much more.  Prices do not include visitor's tax.

 In Rielasingen-Worblingen there is a tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person in the high season (May May to September 30) and in the amount of €1.30 per day per person in the low season ( October to April 30). For these additional costs, you can request the "Guest Card Bodensee West". This guest card entitles the holders to free use of public transport throughout the network area and in addition you will receive discounts on various tourist offers. The visitor's tax will be charged upon arrival at the property for the remaining stay, collected in advance and, if desired, the Bodensee Card West will be issued. Exempt from the tourist tax are day guests, children up to the age of 14, years of age, private and unpaid family visits, as well as severely disabled people and people who stay in the community and work there.
