A Larnaca Kiti village central traditional bungalow. This little stone unit is stunning at every angle. Combined beautiful elements make it a unique and cozy space, elegantly furnished for an inviting stay. We are located a street away from Jackson's. Traditionally built around a courtyard shared by two other bungalows. If you would like a traditional 'Cypriot' experience... It's here.. and so easy to relax and enjoy our little sanctuary. I highly recommend hiring a carfor our location. The space Your Unit is part of a complex of three flatlets, beautifully furnished in the traditional Cypriot style. Stone walls and floors. This unit is called House 2 with an open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge and separate bedroom and shower room (wetroom). The windows have shutters for coolness and which should be closed at night to block the early morning light. There are skylights in each room for bringing additional natural light into the unit. The bedroom has a lovely comfy king size bed with cotton linen. We supply bath towels and swimming towels (for the beach days). The kitchenette runs along one wall, with, hob, oven, washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, crockery and pots and pans. You can enjoy the outdoors in the shared courtyard which has outdoor covered area with outdoor furniture . The large courtyard and units is surrounded by a fence and a common gate... Shared by all the units. If all three units were to be booked as a whole, it would make for a lovely private time in this unique space. Guest access There is a lockbox next to the front door of this property. You can either check yourself in or someone will meet you to check you in, if you prefer. It is the downstairs unit directly ahead - on the ground floor. Your Unit is part of a complex of three flatlets, beautifully furnished in the traditional Cypriot style. The large courtyard and units is surrounded by a fence and a common gate... Shared by all the units. Your unit has its own front door and private patio and outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. Other things to note Electricity consumption is chargeable on your check-out. A reading is taken before and after use of the accommodation and a payment is to be made in cash, through Airbnb or banking pp. Chargeable 35c per kilowatt. We have had to implement this charge, as past guests abused the electricity and would leave the air conditioner on and leave the apartment, leaving a tremendously high electric bill. (our provider charges us over 45c per kw, so we only expect a nominal fee from the guest). IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE BEFORE 12 NOON OF YOUR BOOKING DATE, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A FULL DAILY RATE FOR EARLY CHECK-IN - at the discretion of manager. If you arrive late at night, and not able to get the public bus as it does not travel after 11pm, I can pick you up for a fee of €15, if you do not hire your own vehicle.
