Access to the property is reserved and exclusive, guaranteed by a remote-controlled barrier. The apartment, on the ground floor, welcomes guests in a large living room with a dining area, sofa bed, armchairs and TV, flanked by a full kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On the mezzanine is the double bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a suggestive view of the park and vineyards.
